All of our products are handcrafted which means that no two items are identical and the weights listed may deviate slightly. Due to being made by hand, small variations and imperfections may occur but this is part of the beauty of being made by someone who truly cares!

Candle Wax Ingredients

We use a coconut soy wax blend that contains components of microcrystalline wax, soy, coconut and mineral oil.

Each candle is scented in different fragrance oils and essential oils so please take note.

Shipping

Shipping only to Australian customers at this stage! Orders will be shipped 1-3 days from your order date and you will receive postage confirmation and an Australia Post tracking number via email.

Pick up

Pick up is available from Kuraby, Brisbane Australia.

Damages and Returns

Due to our products being used for sanitary/personal use, we're unable to acceot returns. We advise you to inspect your order upon delivery and if you notice any defects or issues, please contact us and we will try to assist to resolve the issue.

Refunds and Cancellations

We can only accommodate cancellations prior to the order being shipped. If a refund is arranged then it will be returned to your original payment method. Please note, that we cannot control banks, financial institutions or credit card companies which may have delays on their end.
